濮阳市麻疹监测专报和疫情信息直报系统运行中相关指标的对比分析

摘要 目的为促进疾病监测直报系统和麻疹监测专报系统的工作。方法对濮阳市麻疹专报系统的数据库和国家疾病监测信息报告管理直报系统中的麻疹数据进行了对比分析。结果2000—2004年麻疹专报系统的敏感性均高于网络直报系统,2004年麻疹专报系统的敏感性为163.16%。网络直报的各种报告传染病(包括麻疹)从诊断到报告平均时间仅为0.6天;而麻疹专报系统则需要将近10天的时间。2004年网络直报系统报告麻疹病例19例、专报系统报告麻疹病例50例,2个系统报告的数字互不包容,二者个案相同的只有14例,14例中诊断结论一致的只有4例。结论建议协调相关部门和科室间的工作,建立一套规范化的沟通机制;条件成熟后,把现行的2个麻疹监测报告系统合并到1个系统中去。 OBJECTIVE In order to improve the work of direct disease surveillance renortiniz system and special measles surveillance system. METHODS We comparatively analyzed the data of Puyang from the special measles surveillance system and the national disease reporting information system. RESULTS It showed that the sensitivity of special measles surveillance system was higherthan of direct network reporting system from 2000 to 2004. The sensitivity of special measles surveillance system was 163.16% in 2004. The average time for various infectious disease of direct network reporting system was only 0.6 day; However, the special measles surveillance system was near 10 days. In 2004 the measles cases of direct network reporting system were 19, and the special measles surveillance system were 50. The data of the two systems was reciprocally independent, of all these cases only 14 were uniform, and 4 of the 14 cases were diagnosed accordantly. CONCLUSION We should assort with the work of related departments and section office, and establish a suit of standardized communication system. When condition allows, we also recommend that the current two measles surveillance reportinp- systems should be combined intoone system.
