脑梗塞与血脂水平的相关性分析

目的分析脑梗塞患者与血脂水平关系,并对危险因素进行相关分析。方法将36例脑梗塞患者(实验组)与同期住院的非脑梗塞患者32例(对照组)空腹12小时抽血,测量氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量。观察两组患者的血脂含量并对脑梗塞病因的多元Logistic逐步回归分析。结果实验组与对照组比较,ox-LDL、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经Logistic逐步回归分析,与对脑梗塞影响由大到小依次为ox-LDL、糖尿病、高血压和吸烟。ox-LDL对脑梗塞的相对危险为1.45。结论血脂水平与脑梗塞的发生密切相关,积极控制血脂对预防脑梗塞的发生有重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE Analysis of lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction and the relationship between risk factors and correlation analysis. METHOD To 36 cases of cerebral infarction patients hospitalized with the same period 32 cases of non-infarction patients, 12-hour fasting blood sample to measure ox-LDL, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C content. The lipid content of the two groups were observed and the cause of multiple cerebral infarction logistic stepwise regression analysis. RESULTS Experimental group compared with the control group, in ox-LDL, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）; By logistic regression analysis, with the effects of descending cerebral infarction followed by ox-LDL , diabetes, high blood pressure and smoking, ox-LDL on the relative risk of cerebral infarction was 1.45. CONCLUSIONS Lipid levels and is closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction, the positive control of blood lipids for the prevention of the occurrence of cerebral infarction has an important significance.
