摘要
本文对黑化集团焦炉煤气净化及化学产品回收过程中所涉及的工艺,提出了几点改造建议:(1)提高上升管出来的焦炉煤气温度;(2)氨回收的工艺流程:由饱和器法改为无饱和器法;(3)苯回收工艺流程:由常压下流程改为高压下流程;(4)脱硫工艺:由干、湿法脱硫改为采用循环洗涤法脱硫。
A few advices were given for coal oven gas purifying and technology improvement of chemical products in Heihua Group.（1） Rising the coal oven gas temperature from riser.（2） Process flow of ammonia recovery：from saturator to non-saturator.（3） Desulfurization：from desulfurization by dry and wet process to cycling washing method.
