摘要
对芳樟组培、扦插和嫁接苗的幼林生长节律和生物量的积累及分配格局进行了分析,结果表明:芳樟无性系6-11月生长较快,12月到翌年1月生长缓慢,2-3月又恢复高生长量。生长性状大小排序:组培苗(扦插苗(嫁接苗。生物量的分配各不一致,组培苗:枝(茎(叶(根;嫁接苗:枝(茎(根(叶;扦插苗:枝(茎(根(叶。不同类型幼树主要器官生物量的分布,根部:嫁接苗(扦插苗(组培苗;枝:组培苗(扦插苗(嫁接苗;叶:嫁接苗(扦插苗(组培苗。
In this paper, the growth rhythm, the biomass and the biomass allocation of the young camphor tree stands from plantlet in vitro, cutting seedlings and grafted seedlings were studied. The resuhs indicated that all young trees grew fast from June to November, then slowly from Decembers to January, and finally fast again from February to March. The tree growth traits in the stand from cutting seedlings were better than that from the grafted seedlings but worse than that from the plantlet in vitro. The biomass allocation of trees was in the order,at branches 〉 stems 〉 leaves 〉 roots in the stands from plantlet in vitro while in the stands from grafted seedlings and cutting seedlings it was in the order at branches 〉 stems 〉 roots 〉 leaves. Eight for the biomass of roots or leaves in the stands from cutting seedlings was greater than that in the stands from plantlet in vitro but lower than that in the stands from the grafted seedlings. For the biomass of branches, it was greater in the stands from cutting seedlings than in the stands from the grafted seedlings while lower than in the stands from the plantlet in vitro.
