Analysis on Patterns of Outer Membrane Protein of K.pneumoniae

本文用差速离心方法提取了３６株肺炎杆菌外膜蛋白（ＯＭＰ）。通过ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ及薄层色谱扫描对主要外膜蛋白（ＯＭＰ）分子量及含量进行了测定。

Outer membrane protein of 36 strains of K.pneumoniae were analyesed .two kinds of major outer membrane protein were found in all isolates tested.protein A was the most important outer membrane protein of K.pneumouiae,accounting for 35%～45%,and it's molecalar werght was about 40kd There were total five types of OMP Profile.
