摘要
随着逐渐深化的企业化运营进程,转制企业的人力资源管理问题面临新的挑战。作者从人力资源管理角色、观念、职能的转化;人力资源管理者自身基本素质和良好的个人特质的提升;怎样合理配置企业人力资源和如何制定有用的人力资源规划等一系列问题进行分析,最后阐述了以全球化企业的角度来思考人力资源管理的问题。
With the gradual deepening process of enterprise operation, the human resource management of the transforming enterprises faces the new challenges. The author of this article has a brief analysis on a series of problems such as the transformation of the role, concept and function of human resources management, the improvement of basic personal quality and favorable individual trait of human resource managers, as well as how to have a rational allocation of corporate human resources and how to formulate a useful human resource plan. Finally, the article deals with the human resource management from the view of globalization.
