摘要
学生干部"三自"机制的建立与运行,不仅是培养学生干部的途径,而且是解决当前学生工作人员短缺与学生人数猛增这一矛盾的突破口。真正落实"三自"机制,必须充分发挥学生干部的积极主动性,培养一支"能干"的学生干部队伍,指导学生干部独立有效地开展工作。
The establishment and operation of Student leaders "Three-Self" mechanism is not only a way to cultivate student leaders and students to solve the current shortage of staff and increase a breakthrough in this contradiction of the number of students.In order to imply the "Three-Self" mechanism,student leaders must pay more attention to the positive initiative, and colleges must develop a "talented" team of student leaders, then guide student leaders to work independently and effectively.
