On the Virtues of National Communication

在现代社会,国民交往突破了传统社会人际交往呈现的差序格局,强调国民之间等距离和无分别的交往:业缘、趣缘、利缘成为构建国民交往关系的重要媒介;陌生人交往成为国民交往的重要形式;公共交往是国民交往的突出特点。国民交往有其特殊性,因此,需要培养国民社会信任和公德两种德性,推动国民交往的良性发展。

In modern society, national communication is characterized by the equidistant and indiscriminate pattern instead of the hierarchism pattern of the traditional interpersonal communication. Occupation, interest and profit have become important reasons for national interaction and communication. The communication between strangers becomes an important form of national communication. And the public communication is an outstanding feature of the national communication. Considering the peculiarity of national communication, it is necessary that such virtues as social trust and public morality must be fostered among people to promote the development of national communication.
