摘要
组织公正是组织行为学领域较为新颖的研究领域。目前,国内文献也有所涉及,但并未引起足够的重视。文章试图从组织公正各概念的衍生、分化等方面对组织公正理论进行介绍。认为,组织公正各概念大多是从操作的基础上提出的,具有人为性和模糊性。这为测量、应用和理解其与组织结果之间的关系带来很大的困难。因此,有必要进一步地探讨。
Organizational justice is a novel field in Organizational Behavior.Though there are some research papers on it,researchers have not attached much weight to it.This paper introduces the derivations and differentiations of the various concepts in organizational justice.It holds that most of the concepts are artificial and ambiguous as they are proposed on the operational basis,and that it is difficult to measure,apply and understand its relationship with organizational outcome.
