On Practical Writing Teaching for Higher Vocational Non-English Majors Students

应用文写作目前在PRETCO考试中是得分率最低的项目,但如果教学方法得当,它又是最具潜力的得分项。这就对英语写作教学提出了更高的要求,应了解应用文的分类及其特点,采用正确的教学方法与策略,不断提高学生英语写作能力。

Practical writing is the worst in PRETCO.However,it is easy to be improved if the teaching method is proper.And this demands more to the practical writing teaching.It is necessary to know different types of practical writing and their features,adopt correct teaching method and strategies to improve the students practical writing.
