高职院校学生综合素质培养研究

On the Cultivation of the Higher Vocational Colleges Students' Comprehensive Qualities

高职院校必须紧密把握社会发展方向,重视学生综合素质的培养。结合高职院校培养目标和社会发展的现状,高职学生综合素质必须包含四种素质:过硬的政治素质、健康的身心素质、优秀的职业素质、不断开拓的创新素质。高职学生综合素质的培养必须抓好两个方面:一是实践教学;二是素质拓展训练,两者相结合才能有效提高高职学生的综合素质。

The higher vocational college should grasp the social development direction;pay more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive quality of the students.Integrating the training objective of higher vocational college and social development,the higher vocational students should have the following four qualities： the perfect political ideology;the health body and mind;the outstanding professional quality and unceasingly innovative ideology.There are two important things,the first,practical teaching;Second,the quality development training module. Only by combining the two can we improve the students＇ cornprehensive qualification.
