摘要
该文介绍了一种基于FPGA的TFT—LCD液晶显示模块的设计和实现方法,采用FPGA实现TFT—LCD显示时序的产生、显示图像处理、单片SRAM读写切换控制等功能。该方法有效地降低了硬件布置难度,节约了FPGA的I/O口资源,大幅度节省了成本开支,已成功应用干某款数字存储示波器(DSO)中。
This paper introduces a FPGA-based TFT-LCD liquid crystal display module design and the method to implement it. The functions, such as TFT - LCD time sequential generator, display image processing, switch operation of the single-chip SRAM, can be realized by a FPGA. This method has been successfully applied to a model of digital storage oscilloscope, by effectively reduc- ing the difficulty of hardware layout and saving the FPGA's I / O resources and costs significantly.
