维生素C多聚磷酸酯作为维生素C的衍生物能提高维生素C的化学结构稳定性,是饲料行业一种具有抗氧化作用的理想营养强化剂。生产过程中反应温度和pH值是影响产品质量的关键因素。本研究对反应条件进行优化的同时,找到一种对反应有促进作用的催化剂,通过对照实验,证明催化剂能够将维生素C多聚磷酸酯的含量提高2.88%。

Ascorbyl polyphosphate is a hydrophilic derivative of ascorbic acid,which has improved stability arising from its chemical structure.It is used in feed because its antioxidant action and ideal nutrition reinforcement.The quality of the production is decided by the temperature and pH that play a key role in the production process.The catalyst is found in the study.At the same time,the condition of reaction is optimized.The content of ascorbyl polyphosphate is increased by 2.88% through catalyst according to the controlled trials.
