摘要
土壤样品用水提取后再蒸馏法进行前处理,然后用4-氨基安替比林萃取分光光度法测定。本方法最低检测量为0.5μg,具有灵敏度高、精密度好的特点,加标回收率为86.7%～95.3%,对测定地质环境样品结果令人满意。
Using distillation pretreat the soil sample after being drawed by water,then using the method of 4-amino antipyrine spectrophotometric determine it.This method needs a minmum rising limit of 0.5 μg,and has the cherracter of high precision good accuracy and the additional sample recouery ranged from 86.7%～93.8%.The determination of the soil sample is satsfying.
