2007年周宁县肾综合征出血热监测分析

The surveillance analysis on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Zhouning county in 2007

目的为预防控制周宁县肾综合征出血热(HFRS)提供科学依据。方法按《全国肾综合征出血热监测方案》要求对人间、鼠间疫情进行监测。结果2007年周宁县报告HFRS10例,发病率5.12/10万,较2005-2006年明显下降。该病主要分布在周宁县中部地区的狮城、浦源镇。发病高峰为1-2月和10-12月。患者以18～55岁青壮年农民为主,男性高于女性。褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠分别为室内、外优势鼠种,野鼠带病毒率(13.98%)高于室内(6.63%)(χ2=3.94,P<0.05)。结论周宁县HFRS的流行特征符合混合型疫区的流行特点,应采取以灭鼠、疫苗接种为主的综合性措施控制HFRS流行。

Objective Provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Zhouning county. Methods Plague was surveyed according to Mornitoring alternatives of national hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Results Ten cases were reported in 2007 in Zhouning county, and the incidence rate was 5.12/100 000, decreasing obviously compared to that in 2005-2006. HFRS mainly distributed in Shicheng town and Puyuan town. The incidence peak was Jan.-Feb. and Oct.-Dec. The patient was young adults aged from 18 to 55, and the incidence rate of the male was higher than that of the female. Rattus norvegicus was the indoor dominant specie, and Apodemus agrarius was the outdoor dominant specie. The rate carrying virus of rodents in the field was 13.98%, higher than that in the indoors (6.63%) (χ2=3.94, P<0.05). Conclusion The characteristics of HFRS is mixed type in Zhouning county, and integrated measures should be taken to control the prevalence of HFRS, which should put the emphasis on deratization and vaccine inoculation.
