摘要
目的探讨参葛颗粒的降血糖作用а方法分别采用四氧嘧啶和链脲佐菌素致糖尿病模型,用苯乙双胍和二甲双胍作为阳性对照,给以参葛颗粒大、中、小3个剂量,实验结束,观察血糖、胰岛素和血脂水平。结果参葛颗粒大、中剂量组、苯乙双胍组的血糖水平较模型组降低,参葛颗粒大、中剂量组血清胰岛素较模型组升高(P<0.05);参葛颗粒大、中剂量组、二甲双胍组的血糖和TC、TG、LDL水平较模型组降低,HDL升高(P<0.05)。结论参葛颗粒具有良好的降血糖活性,对糖尿病大鼠血脂紊乱具有一定的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effects of Shenge granule. Methods Hyperglycosemia model mice by altoxan and hyperglycosemia model rats by streptozotocin were used, phenformin and diformin were positive drug in each lab, resceptively. High, middle and low dose were given to different group, respectively. Until finished, serum glucose, insulin and blood-fat were examined. Result Serum glucose could be taken decreased by Shenge granule in high, middle dose and phenformin group. Meanwhile, insulin and serum glucose , TC,TG and LDL could be decreased by taken Shenge granule in high, middle dose and diformin ,at the same time, HDL could all be increased on the contrary. Conclusion Shenge granule has good effects of hypoglycemic and it also could regulate the blood-fat level.
