摘要 在带保温层管道腐蚀缺陷的定量检测中,缺陷的宽度定量是一项重要内容.提出了采用脉冲漏磁技术对带保温层管道的腐蚀缺陷进行检测.通过提取传感器峰值扫描波形中极值点的位置差ΔD作为特征量,分析了无保温层和带保温层情况下,ΔD随管壁腐蚀缺陷宽度的变化规律,从而得出了对管道腐蚀缺陷进行宽度定量的方法.实验结果证明了所采用方法的正确性和有效性. The width quantification is an important part in quantitative test of corrosive defect of the pipeline with insulation. We proposed a detecting method based on pulsed magnetic flux leakage (PMFL). ΔD, the position difference between the maximum and the minimum peak values in a scanning wave, is utilized as a feature to derive the corresponding relation between the ΔD and the width of defect. Accordingly, the method of width quantification is derived. And the validity of the new method is shown by experimental results.
