摘要
温度的测量和控制在激光器、光纤光栅的使用及其他工农业生产和科学研究中应用广泛。传统的测温元件有热电偶和热电阻,而它们测出的一般都是电压,再转换成对应的温度,需要比较多的外部硬件支持,电路复杂,软件调试复杂,制作成本高。通过使用一种新型的可编程温度传感器DS18B20,它能代替模拟温度传感器和信号处理电路,直接与单片机沟通,完成温度采集和数据处理。该系统结构简单,抗干扰能力强,适合于恶劣环境下进行现场温度测量,因而有广泛的应用前景。
Measurement and control of temperature are widely applied in the use of laser, fiber grating, other industrial and agricultural production and scientific research. Traditional temperature elements include thermocouple and thermal resistance, but the results these dements determined are generally the voltages, which are transformed into correspondent temperature. So, the traditional elements need more external hardware. While the electric circuit and the software debugging are complex, the manufacture cost is high. This article introduces that a new programmable temperature sensor DS18B20, which can replace the simulation temperature sensor and the signal processing electric circuit, communicate directly with the monolithic integrated circuit and complete temperature gathering and data processing. This system, simple in structure and powerful in anti -jamming, fits for measuring temperature on the scene in adverse circumstance and has a broad application prospect.
