摘要
传统办公模式中公文流转速度较慢,安全性不够,对公文信息的处理、统计、分析较烦琐,在沟通、协作和控制等方面存在不足;该文针对办公自动化系统及其关键技术进行研究,设计了基于Lotus Notes群件和Intra-net的办公管理信息系统,有效的提高了传统办公系统的效率。
In traditional mode of office, the documents circulate slower with less security, and it is complex in handling the information, statistics data and analysis of the documents. It also exists deficiency in the aspects of communication, collaboration and control; In this paper, the research of office automation system and its key technology and the design of office information management system based on Lotus Notes groupware and Intranet are carried out to effectively increase the efficiency of the traditional office system.
