脑蛋白水解物治疗帕金森病31例临床观察

Clinical study on Cerebroprotein hydrolysate in the treatment of 31 cases of Parkinson's disease

目的观察脑蛋白水解物对帕金森病(PD)的疗效。方法62帕金森患者按住院顺序分为治疗组和对照组各31例。2组均予美多巴等基础治疗,治疗组加用脑蛋白水解物100 mg静滴,3周1疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)积分及Hoehn-Yahr分级改善情况。结果治疗组患者精神、行为、情绪、日常活动及运动功能评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物治疗PD具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Cerebroprotein hydrolysate on Parkinson＇s disease （ PD ）. Methods 62 cases of PD were divided into treatment group and control group with 31 eases in each group. Two groups were treated with Medopa and other basic treatments, while treatment group were additionally given with Cerebroprotein hydrolysate 100mg,intravenous drip. The courses for both gcoups were 3 weeks. Improvement of score for unified Parkinson＇s disease rating scales （UPDRS） and Hoehn-Yahr grading before and after treatment were compared. Restilts The cumulative scores of behavior, mind, emotion, daily activity and motor function in patients of treatment group decreased significantly after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cerebreprotein hydrolysale has definite therapeutic effect on the patient of PD.
