摘要
目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对2型糖尿病初发高血压控制的安全性和有效性。方法选择符合诊断标准的68例患者随机分A组38例,B组30例。在控制血糖的同时,A组使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,B组用拜新同硝苯地平控释片治疗。。结果A组血压控制总有效率达94.74%,血糖控制总有效率达97.37%,B组分别为86.67%和93.33%,两组差异无统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平能够有效地控制糖尿病初发高血压,并对糖尿病无不良影响。
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of levamlodipine besylate on the initial hypertension of type 2 diabetes. Methods 68 cases of type 2 diabetes was divided into group A （ n = 38） and group B （ n = 30 ）, group A was given levamlodipine and group B was with Adalat nifedipine controlled-release tablets. All the patients were controlled blood sugar. The effect of levamlodipine on blood pressure was observed. Results The total effective rate of blood pressure control and the total effective rate of blood glucose control in group A was 94.74% and 97.37 %, in group B was 86.67% and 93.3%, respectively. There was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Levamlodipine can effectively control initial hypertension of type 2 diabetes and no side effect on diabetes.
