摘要
在人外周血中发现一种可溶性FaS分子存在,由于RNA剪接方式不同,造成跨膜区缺失或不完整所致。SAPO-1/FaS与FaS配体(或抗FaS单克隆抗体)有很高的亲和力而起到间接抑制调亡的作用。本实验组50例各类型白血病中淋巴细胞型白血病和慢性粒细胞白血病SAPO-1/FaS明显增高证实FaS的表达和结构上的变化与白血病的发生、发展有着极其重要的关系。这预示了人们将有可能在白血病中通过调控细胞凋亡来达到治疗和预防白血病的目的。

SApo-1/Fasmatched with Fas (or monoclonal antibody)has a high affinity so that it Iead to the action of indirect inhibition apoptosis In thisexperimental group, 50 cases of varlous typeof Iymphatic Ieukemia and chronic granulocytic Leukemia, SApo-1/Fas increased soobviously that the factors of occurrence anddevelopment in Leukemia with change ofconstruction and expression of Fas were revealed and the important relaton of themwere considered. The experiment will predict a possidbility that the Leukemia may betreated and prevented by regulating apoptosis.
