数学规划在钢材品种结构优化中的应用

摘要 以销售收入利润率最大化为目标函数,构建了钢材结构优化的非线性规划模型.在转化为线性规划求解时,在变量数量巨大的情况下,根据线性规划解的特点,定义了品种价值特征值,将模型求解转化为按价值特征值的排序进行计划量大小调节的决策问题.通过不同企业目标追求下的价值特征值的推论与比较表明,用价格、成本、机时产量、合格率等构成的四因素价值特征值进行计划决策更科学. A non-linear programming model of product structure optimization is established to achieve the best interest and the most trading income. Firstly, the model is transferred into a standard linear programming model. Secondly, a characteristic value is defined to express the species worth according to the feature of LP model solution in ease of a huge number of variables. Then this model is changed into a decision problem carried on a plan regulation according to its characteristic value sort. In the end, the value of characteristic worth is deduced and compared in case of the different business enterprise targets. That is, it is more reasonable to take the four factors such as worth characteristic value, cost, the machine-hour yield, and product percent of pass into consideration.
