摘要
目的提高三氧化二砷原料药的纯度,降低临床用药量及不良反应。方法用重结晶法和升华法对三氧化二砷进行精制,通过碘量法和二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法对精制后的三氧化二砷进行含量测定,并比较两种方法精制三氧化二砷的纯度及回收率。结果两种方法精制后三氧化二砷含量分别为99.99%和100.40%,平均回收率分别为(98.85±1.86)%和(88.16±1.72)%。结论采用两种方法精制后,三氧化二砷纯度显著提高;重结晶法的回收率明显高于升华法;两种含量测定方法均合理可行,准确可靠。
Objective Enhance the purity of arsenic trioxide. Methods To purify the arsenic trioxide by re-crystallization and sublimation method ,then determin the content by iodine titration and Ag-(DDC). Compare the purity and recovery of arsenic trioxide which purified by different methods. Results The contents were 99.99% and 100.40% ,respectively,and the average recovery was(98.85± 1.86)% and(88.16±1.72) %, respectively. Conclusions The purity of arsenic trioxide increase remarkably, the recovery by re- crystallization is higher than sublimation. The assay method are reasonable, feasible and accurate.
