糖尿病患者营养素配制计算机辅助系统的研制

Design of computer assisted system for compuounding nutrient of patients with diabetes mellitus

目的研制一种以普及糖尿病基本知识，协助糖尿病患者进行自我保健治疗为主的计算机专家系统。方法层次性模块设计。该计算机专家系统由两大模块构成，一块为糖尿病的基本知识、检查方法和临床诊断，另一块为健康咨询和营养配餐。结果新研制的计算机专家系统具有可扩充性、速度快、操作简单等特点，便于推广应用。结论该计算机专家系统对糖尿病患者自我保健、营养配餐和家庭治疗等具有重要的指导作用。

Objective To develop a computer expert system(CES) that popularize the essential knowledge of diabetes and help the patients with diabetes to carry out self-care and self-therapy. Methods Module design with layers for computer. The CES consisted of two model mases. The essential knowledge,examination and clinical diagnosis were included in one of the model masses, and the healthy advisory and nutritional diet arrangement included in the other one. Results The CES was expansible,and it had the merits of rapid speed and convenient operation, etc. Conclusion The CES plays an important instructing role in the self-health,nutritional dietarrangement and familial therapy of diabetic patients.
