摘要
近年来随着重庆市渝北区经济快速发展,耕地总量不断减少,耕地变化和经济增长二元关系愈为突出。通过对渝北区1997-2006年的耕地和经济发展的相关性、定量研究,以及耕地损耗率的变化趋势分析,结果表明:渝北区耕地面积、人均耕地面积均呈不断下降趋势,初现减缓平稳期,耕地面积变化与经济发展具有高度相关性,与城市化水平具有显著性很高的线性定量关系;在经济发展起飞或增长阶段,耕地消耗的代价是不可避免的,耕地损耗率变化基本符合库兹涅茨曲线的特征。总体上,渝北区的经济增长模式正在由资源消耗型向节约集约型逐渐转变。
With rapid economic development in recent years, the amount of cultivated land is decreasing constantly in Yubei District of Chongqing city. The relativity between cultivated land change and economic growth is becoming more obvious. The correlation analysis between cultivated land area change and economic growth of Yubei District（1997 -2006） indicates that the cultivated land area assumed a decreasing trend which is slowing down,that the change of cultivated land area is highly relevant to the economic development, and has a significant quantitative linear relationship with the level of urbanization, and that at the take-off or growth stage, it is inevitable that economy grows at the cost of land consumption. The rate of cultivated land loss is in line with the characteristics of Kuznets Curve.
