中部小城镇土地资源安全优劣度评价

Security Degree Evaluation of Land Resource in Towns of Central China

为了科学利用土地资源,因地制宜制订地方土地利用规划,抓住影响土地资源安全的重点区域,有必要对各乡镇土地资源安全进行优度排序,进而重点对欠安全区域土地进行对策研究和改革。以中部小城镇为例,从经济社会安全、生态安全、粮食安全等三个方面分10个指标,采用主成分分析法,对具体乡镇的土地资源安全优劣度进行评价,找出与小城镇土地资源安全密切相关的主成分。最后根据各评价单元的得分情况,通过聚类分析对评价单元的土地资源安全优劣度进行排序。

Land resource security is the base for sustainable land resource use, food security and country security. In order to use land resource scientifically and draw up local land use planning according to local conditions, grasping the key region that influence land resource security, it is necessary to appraise excellent and inferior degrees of land resource security in towns, and studies countermeasures and reform for insecurity regions of land resource. Taking small towns in centra! China, selecting ten indexes from perspectives of economic, social, ecological, and food security, adopting principal component analysis, this paper evaluates the excellent and inferior degrees of land resource security in towns, and discovers principal components that are closely related to land resource security. Finally, according to the score of evaluation unit, the excellent and inferior degrees of land resource security are determined by cluster analysis.
