摘要
开发区土地集约利用评价能够有效地反映开发区特有的土地利用方式,在长春经济技术开发土地集约利用评价过程中,出现了开发区国家界线与部分宗地边界切割问题,但本次评价范围是国家级开发区,对超出范围的部分宗地如何处理是本次开发区土地集约利用评价的难点。以长春经济技术开发区为例,就此问题进行初步探讨并提出了三种处理方法,并对三种处理方法下的评价结果进行对比分析。最终本次评价采用第二种处理方式,即土地数据按国家界线范围为准,经济数据按宗地面积分割比例进行提取。
Intensive evaluation of land use in the development zone could effectively reflect the pattern of specific land use. In the evaluation of intensive land use in the economic and technical development of Changchun Development Zone, problems arise of land incision between development zone country demarcation line and the partial block land boundary. As the appraisal refers to a state-level development zone, it is difficult to deal with the land outside the appraisal scope. Taking Changchun Economic and Technical Development Zone, this paper discusses the problem and proposes three methods, with a contrastive analysis of the results obtained from the use of the methods. The appraisal ultimately applies the second processing mode.
