摘要
用X-射线织构和微结构分析技术研究了Nb含量对Fe_3%Si取向电工钢冷轧板550℃退火织构的影响。结果表明,随着Nb含量的增加,形变<111>//ND织构和<uuw>//ND织构增强;并且经过550℃热处理后,这些织构组分明显增强。这种在回复后出现的织构变化可以解释为位错的重新排列和消失。
Effect of Nb on textures of Fe-3%Si grain-oriented electrical steel cold-roll strip have been investigated by X-ray texture and microstructure analysis technique.It is showed that the intensity of the 〈111〉//ND and 〈uuw〉//ND texture of the strip increased with Nb content increasing.Moreover,the textures enhanced after annealing at 550 ℃ which is contributed to the rearrangement or disappearance of dislocations.
