摘要
通过挤出机螺杆组合的优化、加工工艺的调整等试验,得出结论:通过减少啮合元件的比例,削弱螺杆剪切力,减少对聚乙烯链的破坏,同时增加反向输送块,延长物料在螺杆中的停留时间,使炭黑母粒在本色料中充分分散,能提高燃气管材专用料的力学性能;专用料性能对螺杆转速较为敏感,主机转速太快和太慢都不利于母粒的分散,当主机转速在750 r/min时,设备的生产能力达到800 kg/h,产量和产品性能均能得到保证。
By experiments of optimizing the screw set in extruder and adjusting the processing parameters, it is concluded that the mechanical property of the special resin improved with decreasing the proportion of engaging parts resulted in the screw shearing force declined for little damage to polyethylene chain, and the reverse transferring block increased, the residence time extended in screw for sufficient dispersion of carbon black master batch in the resin. Performance of the special resin is rather sensitive to the rotation speed of screw. In order to guarantee both the output and the quality the speed should be at 750 r/min, the capacity up to 800 kg/h.
