摘要
针对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)聚合釜挂胶严重,导致装置运行周期缩短的问题,从聚合釜搅拌器结构入手,对聚合釜挂胶原因进行了分析。搅拌器叶轮前端的湍流,降低了SBS胶液轴向循环流动强度,造成聚合过程中生成凝胶。对搅拌器桨叶进行改造后,促进了SBS胶液的径向流动和轴向循环流动,使聚合釜内冷管处的胶液流动速度加快,减少了聚合釜挂胶量。
There was serious fouling on wall of the polymerizer for styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymer, resulted in the operating cycle shortened. The fouling was investigated by analysis of agitator structure in the polymerizer. As a result of obstruction from turbulence in front-end of impeller on the agitator, the axial circulation flow intensity of the SBS latex was decreased, thereby the gel generated in process of polymerization. Flow in radial and axial circulation of the latex was improved by modification of the blade, the flow speed of latex through inner-cooling pipe increased, the fouling decreased.
