Principle and Progression of Serial Analysis of Gene Expression and Its application in Tumor Study

摘要 基因表达系列分析(SAGE)技术不仅能够全面地分析特定组织或细胞内表达的基因,还可以比较不同组织在不同时间、空间条件下基因表达的差异,从而发现新基因。SAGE技术在肿瘤研究中的应用发展很快。本文综述了SAGE技术的原理、应用及其近年来的发近几年展与演变。 Serial analysis of gene expression can not only give global analysis of the gene expression in special tissue or cells, but also compare the gene expression among different tissues under different conditions, so as to find new genes. SAGE technology develops very rapidly in tumor research recent years. This review introduces the principle, application and development of SAGE technology.
