摘要 甲基化修饰是脊椎动物DNA唯一的自然修饰方式,动物基因组甲基化与基因表达密切相关。DNA甲基化通过与反式作用因子相互作用或通过改变染色质结构而影响表达,在细胞分化、发育、X染色体失活、基因组印记及肿瘤发生发展中起重要作用。 The methylation beautification is the vertebrate DNA only nature beautification way, the animal genome team methy- lation and the gene expression close related. The DNA methylation through affects with the trans-acting factor interaction or through the change chromatin structure expresses, and play an important role in the cell deferention, development, X chromosome deactivation, the genome team mark and the tumor.
