摘要
目的：在实验过程中追踪并观察睾丸淋巴管的条数，为睾丸淋巴的实验研究提供可靠的形态学依据。方法：在每个睾丸白膜下注射０．０５ｍｌ１％亚甲蓝溶液显示睾丸淋巴管，计数睾丸淋巴管的条数。结果：在睾丸上方１ｃｍ范围内的淋巴管最少２条，最多可达７条，平均３．７８±１．２０条（ｎ＝１００）。结论：睾丸淋巴管的数目变异较大，在实验过程中应仔细追踪。
Objective: To provide morphological data for experimental study of testicular lymphatic vessels by observing the numbers of testicular lymphatic vessels, Methods:0.05 ml methylene blue was injected into each testis to show the lymphatic vessels.Results:The numbers of the testicular lymphatic vessels of each testis were 2～7(mean=3 78±1 20,n=100).Conclusion: The numbers of testicular lymphatic vessels are highly variable.Failure to show the testicular lymphatic vessels can reduce the effectiveness in the experimental study.
