摘要
目的:探讨大鼠烫伤前后的痛阈变化及旋转磁场对其的影响。方法:用行为测痛方法先测定大鼠的正常痛阈;再制备Ⅱ度烫伤模型,然后分别测定烫伤后与磁疗后的痛阈。结果:大鼠烫伤后1~2h及1周的痛阈均降低;磁疗1周后痛阈又升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。同时还发现磁疗组比对照组创面愈合快、无感染。结论:磁疗参与了烫伤时的镇痛,并可促进创面愈合、水肿及渗出吸收、炎症消散,因此磁疗可以作为烫伤时镇痛。
Objective: To study the change of pain threshold before and after the scalds in rats and the effect of rotating magnetic field on it.Methods:With the behavioral method,we first determined the normal pain threshold of the rats,then prepared the rat model of the second degree scald,and determined the pain threshold after scalding and magnetic field treatiment respectively.Results:The pain threshold of rats was lowered both 1~2 hours and 1 week after scalding,heightened after l weeks treatment with magnetic field ( P <0 01).Furthermore,magnetic field treatment accelerated the wound healing,and no infection occurred.Conclusion:Magnetic field treatment can not only relieve pain in scald cases,but also accelerate wound healing,the absorption of exudation and the dissipation of inflammation.Thus it can be clinically used as an auxiliary pain killing and healing hastening treatment in the cases of scald.
