商务成本与区域经济增长:一个研究述评

Business Costs & Economic Growth: a Research Review

商务成本决定了资本的区位选择,从而影响着区域经济增长与产业结构优化。本文对商务成本与区域经济增长的文献进行了分析评述,认为人为降低要素价格、地区间的政策竞争等只能是在投资环境不完善条件下的短期诉求,是对较高的商务成本的一种政策性弥补,并不能改变资本的区位分布以及经济增长,反而造成福利损失;另一方面,资源诅咒使低要素成本与区域经济增长的相关性降低甚至为负;降低包括制度成本在内的交易成本已成为调控商务成本、促进经济增长的根本路径。

This paper summed up the literature of researches upon business costs ＆ regional economic growth. The study found that business costs determines the location choice of capital, thereby affects regional economic growth and industrial structure. The low price of production factors and the policy competition of inter-regional are only short-term demands in the imperfect investment environment,which make up the higher business costs, and can not change the regional distribution of capital and economic growth, but the welfare losses caused; On the other hand, low factor costs even reduce regional economic growth because of resource curse.The reducing of transaction costs has become the fundamental path of business costs controlling and economic growth.
