安徽农村发展相对滞后原因分析

本文认为,安徽农村发展还相对滞后的原因主要有:自然历史条件的制约、乡镇企业发展滞后导致工业反哺农业的能力较弱、缺乏发展现代农业意识、受国家产业政策定位影响安徽做出了很大牺牲、农业政策缺少活力体制桎梏犹存等。这要求我们把农村改革继续推向纵深。

The article holds that there are some causes of relative lagging about Anhui＇s rural development： conditions of natural history, lagged development of township enterprises leading to weaker of the ability of industry nurturing agriculture, lack of awareness of modern agriculture, Anhui having made great sacrifices by the impact of national industrial policy, lack of vitality of the agricultural policy and Institutional shackles. This requires that we continue to push the rural reform deeply.
