科学、合理构建风险心理预警系统对于完善高校风险管理体系有着举足轻重的作用。本文基于高校利益相关者的组织特性,从高校风险心理预警的价值论证出发,以风险责任意识树立、指标体系表达和社会联动建构为路径选择,探讨了以心理素质提升工程和心理预警操作流程设计为主要内容的高校风险管理心理预警系统的规划运行。
