摘要
为了减小冷连轧机支撑辊动压油膜轴承油膜厚度变化对带钢出口厚度的影响,提高AGC控制精度,对相对油膜厚度检测及其补偿控制进行了研究。首先,基于Reynolds式变形推导出缸位移法相对油膜厚度检测模型;然后,在某1450冷连轧机上进行数据采集,运用Levenberg-Marquardt算法进行非线性模型参数估值,得到轧机相对油膜厚度的解析表达式;最后,在轧机操作侧和传动侧液压压下的同时进行油膜厚度补偿,取得了显著效果。
In order to reduce the impact of change of oil film thickness on strip export thickness in hydrodynamic oil film hearing of backup roller and improve the AGC precision, the ways of detecting oil film thickness were deduced based on deformation formula of Reynolds. A data collection on a 1480 tandem cold mill was taken as an example, an analytical expression for relative oil film thickness of tandem cold mill was derived by estimating nonlinear model parameters based on Levenberg- Marquardt(L-M) method. Finally oil film thickness compensation to the HGC of operating side and driving side was carried out simultaneously and remarkable effect is made.
