摘要
通过改变刀具切削刃的形状,以三段抛物线代替齿条的直线齿廓,推导出了刀具齿面方程;基于有限元柔度矩阵的非线性规划法,引入人字齿轮特有的约束条件,建立人字齿轮接触问题的数学规划模型,通过一种改进的正规形求解,从而获得人字齿轮的承载传动误差;利用光栅测量系统对修形前后试验齿轮副的传动误差进行了测量并与理论计算结果进行了对比验证。
Firstly, a method of three segment modifications for pinion profile was presented. New cutter surface equation was deduced after the shape of cutter--edge being changed and lines being substituted with three segment parabolas. Secondly, the mathematic programming model for tooth contact of double helical gears was built with non--linear programming method, which was based on finite element flexibility matrix, and the particular restriction conditions of double helical gears were imported. Loaded transmission error in a meshing period was obtained by solving the mathematic programming in a modification of the simplex method. Finally, an example that compared the effects of experiment with calculation was provided.
