灭蚊幼球形芽孢杆菌漂浮颗粒剂研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据蚊虫的生活习性和球形芽孢杆菌BS-10灭蚊特点,以玉米棒芯颗粒为载体、以球型芽胞杆菌BS-10为杀虫活性物质,加工制成生物灭蚊漂浮颗粒剂新剂型,经试验与示范应用,该颗粒剂具有高效,毒力效价达106.5IU/mg,每平方米水面使用颗粒剂2g,对蚊幼虫(孑孓)杀灭效果达95%以上;持效期长,药后12d,灭蚊效果达96.8%;性质稳定,室内常温储存1a,药效无变化;生产工艺简单,药剂使用方便,与环境相容性好。 A new formulation of biological floating granules of mosquito control was made through the process according to the ecological habits of mosquitoes and the characteristics of Bacillus sphaericus (BS-10) on mosquito control,with corn cob core granules as carrier and Bacillus sphaericus (BS-10) as active ingredient.After the experiment and model application,the granular formulation was proved to be highly effective.And 2 g per square meter of water gave an efficacy of higher than 95% mortalty of mosquito larvae.A long duration lasting for more than two weeks could be achieved.Its efficacy could be kept after 1 year storage under room temperature. Manufacture of the production of such granular formulations simple,and easy to apply. This formulation is an environment friendly product.
