摘要
本方案利用SPCE061A集成的ADC直接将采集到的模拟信号转化为数字信号,为了保证转换的精度,在数据处理方面采用16次平滑滤波;在控制方面采用数字PID控制方案,控制效果十分理想;在进行数据处理的同时将当前的温度结果直接通过USB接口传送至上位PC,可以直接在PC端观察温度的变化曲线,并根据需要进行相应的数据分析和处理。本设计方案综合应用了系统SPCE061A的AD、Timer、TimeBase、UART等众多资源,发挥了SPCE061A的优异性能。主要说明了数据采集系统硬件设计与实现。
