摘要
目的:观察心梗患者血浆中分子物质(MMS),对大鼠心肌功能的影响。方法:用左心室插管术,采集信号经换能器数字化后输入微机,应用CARDIO软件分析注射MMS前后心肌功能的改变。结果:MMS可使心肌舒缩能力减弱,心室内压下降(peak),室内压达峰值时间(peaktime)推迟,室内压最大上升变化率减小(dp/dt·max),室内压下降最大变化率(-dp/dt·max)变慢,室内压下降最大变化速率所在时间(-dp/dt·maxtime)延长,上述变化在注射MMS1min后即开始出现,6min作用最明显。持续12min左右恢复。
Objective:To study the effect of middle molecular substances (MMS) from the plasma of myocardial infarction patients on the myocardial contractility of rats.Methods:MMS were gel chromagraphically separated from the plasma of myocardial infarction patients,and then injected into the tail veil of rats on whose left ventricle intubation had been performed,while the cardiac function signals were sampled via a transducer,digitized,and then transferred into a microcomputer to be recorded and analyzed with CARDIO software.Results:MMS could lower the intraventricular pressure peak,delay the peak time,reduce both the maximum increasing rate(dp/dt·max) and the maximum decreasing rate( dp/dt·max)of intraventricular pressure,and postpone decreasing rate ( dp/dt·max)of in traventricular pressure,and postpone the time dp/dt·max occurred.These indexes began to alter 1 min ater the injection of MMS,and lasted 12 min or so,then restored.Conclusion:MMS could inhibit the myocardial contractility of rats.
