抽油机减速箱设计方案的模糊评价研究

摘要 方案设计是整个产品设计过程中非常重要的一环。产品的性能、成本等指标往往取决于其方案设计阶段。然而,对于设计方案的优劣,设计者往往只凭经验定性地给出评价。有时,这种评价是片面的、带有主观的。提出了一种对减速器设计方案进行模糊评价的数学模型,可以实现对减速器设计方案的客观、量化评价。对模型的求解方法进行了讨论,并给出了一个实例。 Conceptual design is an important phase of product design. In this phase, targets for product such as performance and costs are determined. However ,whether a design is good or not is usually evaluated qualitatively through designer' s experience, which may be subjective and inaccurate. In this paper, a fuzzy evaluation model for conceptual design of gearbox is presented ,which can give a quantitative and objective evaluation of design. The solved method is discussed and an example is illustrated.
