摘要
测定32例心性猝死和30例非猝死性心性死亡病人入院后的首次心电图QT离散度(QTd)和JT离散度(JTd),并以30例存活病人作对照。结果显示:(1)心性猝死组QTd、JTd较存活组和非猝死性心性死亡组显著增大(前者P均<0.01,后者P均<0.05),而非猝死性心性死亡组与存活组QTd、JTd比较差异均无统计学意义。(2)在心性猝死病人中,死亡直接原因为快速性室性心律失常组(23例)的QTd、JTd显著高于缓慢性心律失常组(9例)(P均<0.05)。提示QTd、JTd增大对快速性室性心律失常及由其引起的心性猝死的预测有一定意义。
The initial QT dispersion(QTd) and JT dispersion(JTd) in ECG in 32 patients died due to sudden cardiac death and 30 patients died due to other cardiac causes during hospitalization were observed and compared with those of 30 survived patients.Results:(1)The QTd and JTd in patients died due to sudden cardiac death were significantly longer than those in patients died due to other cardiac causes and survived patients,but the differences of QTd and JTd between patients died due to other cardiac causes and survived patients were not statistically significant.(2)The QTd and JTd in patients died due to sudden cardiac death with ventricular tachyarrhythmias were significantly longer than those with bradyarrhythmias.It is suggested that increase of QTd and JTd may be significant in the prediction of sudden cardiac death resulted from ventricular tachyarrhythmias.
