摘要
我所门诊在1985到1996年间,共发现87例新病人,均经临床、查菌和病理检查确定诊断;每年发现3～11例,平均7.25例;其中男70例,女13例(3.53:1);L 27例、B 34例、T 26例;农民83例(95.4%);已婚81例,未婚6例中有4例未到婚龄;发病年龄21～54岁,平均32.5岁,发现时年龄22～72岁,平均47岁;
In Linyi City with a population of 9,700,000,Shandong,leprosy prevalence of 1.27% has reduced to less than 0.01‰ in 1989. From 1985 to 1995 there have been 87 new leprosy patients to be detected,being three to 11 or average 7.25 cases yearly,including LL 27,B 34 and TT 26,and male 70 and female 17 with average age of 47(22 to 72)years and disease duration of six months to 32 years,Among them 78(89.7%)and nine(10,3%)cases were misdiagnosed in provin- cial or municipal hospitals and even in special lep- rosy control units respectively.There was one case with wrong diagnosis as rheumatism to have been treated with prednisone for as long as four years, The author emphasized that the drive for leprosy control should never be slackened after the goal of basically eradicating it had reached and the most im- portant is popularization of knowledge of diagnosing leprosy in general medical workers and even in lep- rosy control units.
