摘要 探讨SDS-PAGE法检测人甲状及其肿瘤组织中bFGFs(basic Fibroblast Growth Factors)的条件,。方法:采用SDS-PAGE电泳法检测人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织中的bFGFs。结果;分离胶浓度为12.5%,胶原为0.5cm,电流强度为30mA,样品量为5-6ul,标准bFGFs上样量为20ul较适全人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织中各种分子量的bFGFs的分离及鉴定。 Objective: To study the experimental condition for detecting bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue by means of SDS - PAGE. Method: To examine bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue by means of SDS - PAGE. Results: The best conditions for separating and identifying various molecular weight bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue were as follow: 12. 5% concentratcon, 0. 5cm thickness of separating gum, 30mA current intestiy , 5 - 6ul sample. 20ul marked bFGFs. Conclusion: The separation and identification of bFGFs if human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue were closely related to the experimental condition for SDS - PAGE.
