SDS-PAGE法检测人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织中bFGFs条件的选择

The study on the experimental condition for detecting bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue by means of SDS-PAGE

探讨ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ法检测人甲状及其肿瘤组织中ｂＦＧＦｓ（ｂａｓｉｃ Ｆｉｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔ Ｇｒｏｗｔｈ Ｆａｃｔｏｒｓ）的条件，。方法：采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳法检测人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织中的ｂＦＧＦｓ。结果；分离胶浓度为１２．５％，胶原为０．５ｃｍ，电流强度为３０ｍＡ，样品量为５－６ｕｌ，标准ｂＦＧＦｓ上样量为２０ｕｌ较适全人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织中各种分子量的ｂＦＧＦｓ的分离及鉴定。

Objective: To study the experimental condition for detecting bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue by means of SDS - PAGE. Method: To examine bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue by means of SDS - PAGE. Results: The best conditions for separating and identifying various molecular weight bFGFs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue were as follow: 12. 5% concentratcon, 0. 5cm thickness of separating gum, 30mA current intestiy , 5 - 6ul sample. 20ul marked bFGFs. Conclusion: The separation and identification of bFGFs if human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue were closely related to the experimental condition for SDS - PAGE.
