摘要
采用注射催产药物的方法进行长尾彩鲫人工繁殖及其体色变化观察试验,结果表明:人工催产亲鱼50组,雌雄比为1∶1,雌鱼重7.5kg,平均尾重150.0g,产卵21.00万粒,平均每1kg雌鱼产卵2.80万粒,平均每尾雌鱼产卵4 200粒;孵化鱼苗17.00万尾,孵化率为80.95%。此外,鱼苗入池后经过20d培育,平均尾重0.61g,显现彩红色的比例占3.52%。培育154d后规格达10.10g/尾,显现彩红色的比例占85.80%。总之,采用注射催产药物的方法进行长尾彩鲫人工繁殖,比自然产卵繁殖率提高30.23%;在鱼苗孵化后20d是对鱼类进行体色增色转化的最佳时机;彩鲫规格达10.0g/尾前为淘汰低品位鱼类的理想时间。
The artificial propagation of long tail color Cnucian and the observation of its body color change were carried out by injecting thehormone mixture. The results showed that based on artificial oxytocin to 50 groups of the fishes that the ratio of male to female was 1 : 1, the total fecundity was 210 000 eggs for 7.5kg of fernale fishes with an average weight of 150.0g per fish, which the average fecundity was 4 200 eggs per fish and the average fecundity was 28 000 eggs per kg. The incubation fingerlings were 170 000 and the hatchability ratio was 80.95%. After 20 days of the artificial culture conditions, average weight was 0.6 lg per fish, the ratio of color red fish was 3.25%, when the weight of the fishes was 10.10g per fish, the ratio of color red fish was 85.80% after feeding for 154 days. The conclusion was that under the artificial propagation of long tail color Crucian by injecting thehormone mixture ,the breed effects was higher 30.23% compared with natural conditions. The best time of increasing body color for the fish was 20 days after fry incubation. The ideal time of eliminating low-grade fish was that the weight of color Crucian carp reached 10.0g per fish.
