摘要
教育活动是有负面作用的。本文定义并简要描述了教育伤害及教育伤害行为,包括容易被人忽视的隐性教育伤害和隐性教育伤害行为。学习疲劳综合症是最广泛的教育伤害,疲劳教学法是最广泛的教育伤害行为。本文提出有伤害教育和无伤害教育的概念,提醒人们认识到遏止有伤害教育,推行无伤害教育的紧迫性和巨大难度,为有效实施这种变革提出十项对策。
This article points out that the educational activities have a negative effect. The article defines and briefly describes the education harm as well as the behavior resulting in education harm,including the implicit education harm and the behavior resulting in implicit education harm which is easier overlooked by people. The article points out,at present,the study tired syndrome is the most comprehensive education harm,the teaching method enable students to learn in a tired state is the most comprehensive behavior resulting in education harm. The article sets up the concept of harmful education and non-harmful education,and reminds people to recognize urgent and degree of difficulty for suppressing harmful education and implementing non-harmful education. For effective implementing the reform,the article put forward the ten countermeasures. The framework of theory proposed by the article laid a foundation for establishment and development of the theory of non-harmful education. It can be trusted that the theory of non-harmful education as one of basic education theory must play a very important guiding role in the reform and development of education.
