摘要
如何动员更多的社会资金和物资投入到公共品的供给中已成为解决社会公共品供给困境的首要难题。从国外经验来看,慈善捐赠等自愿供给机制将是一个可行途径,不少学者也对该问题展开了理论研究和探讨。本文对其中关于慈善捐赠的动机及影响慈善捐赠规模的因素的理论成果进行总结和评述,以试图为将来的实践操作提供理论借鉴。
It has became the major difficulty of resolving the public goods provision dilemma that how could the society mobilize more capital and material input into the provision of public goods. From the practical experiences of foreign countries,the voluntary provision of public goods,like charitable giving,will be a feasible way for this problem. And so,many foreign scholars have carried out theoretical analysis and discussion for giving. In this paper,we have reviewed the new theoretical development in giving,focus on motives of giving,factors that affect the amount of donation.
